Hey boo, heyyy!!

Did you know that of Low Self-Esteem

can create anxiety, stress, loneliness, and can lead to depression? Having low self esteem can have an negative affect on your friendships, romantic relationships, and your work and school performance?

Can you honestly say that you love yourself & have a healthy view of yourself? Are you having a hard time being happy with yourself? Honestly, It is so easy to focus on your faults. We live in a society where we compare ourselves to others, dwell on what we don’t have, and focus on our insecurities and flaws. Instead of focusing on the positives in our lives and the things about ourselves that we are happy with.

Being in love with yourself provides you with self-confidence, self-worth and it will generally help you feel more positive. You may also find that it is easier for you to fall in love once you have learned to love yourself first because you now believe that you are deserving of love and a healthy relationship.

If you can learn to love yourself, you will be much happier and will learn how to best take care of yourself. When you are truly in love with yourself and happy, you will stop comparing yourself to others on social media and in your everyday life. And you’ll be more confident in who you are, you will not worry as much about how others view you.
