How to love yourself when you feel broken

We all go through tough times in our lives where we feel rejected, unworthy and broken. These are the times when it is most important to love yourself. When you don’t love yourself, it shows in everything you do. You will struggle with relationships, work, and overall happiness. In this blog post, we will discuss how to heal yourself as a woman and learn to love yourself again.

The first step to healing is acknowledging the hurt. It is important to allow yourself to feel the pain and rejection. Acknowledge that it exists and that it has affected you. The next step is to start forgiving yourself. You need to forgive yourself for any mistakes you have made in the past. Forgive yourself for not being perfect. Start to see yourself as a work in progress. The third step is to start making changes in your life. If there are things in your life that are not making you happy, start to change them. This could be anything from your job, relationship, or even where you live. Lastly, it is important to focus on the positive. Start each day by thinking of three things that you are grateful for. This will help to shift your focus and start attracting positive things into your life.

Loving yourself is not always easy, but it is so important. When you love yourself, you will be happier and more successful in every area of your life. healing, self-love, relationships, work, happiness, gratitude, success. These are all things that you will attract into your life when you start to love yourself. So healing begins with YOU!
