How to Say “No” When You Need To: Setting Boundaries and Preserving Your Energy

Do you ever feel like you’re always saying “yes” when you really want to say “no”? If so, you’re not alone. Many people find it difficult to set boundaries and preserve their energy. This can be a problem, especially if you’re always putting others before yourself.
