When you think about your childhood, some memories make you smile — others make you flinch.
But here’s what’s true, even about the parts you wish you could erase: God was there.
He saw the tears you didn’t have words for.
He heard the prayers you were too scared to pray.
And even when you didn’t know Him yet, His love already had your name written on it.
You may not have received the comfort, protection, or affirmation you needed from people — but you have a Father who specializes in filling those empty spaces.
He doesn’t rush your healing. He sits with you in it.
He doesn’t shame you for needing love. He delights in giving it.
When you invite Him into those old wounds, you’re not reopening pain — you’re reopening connection.
That’s what re-parenting through God’s presence really means: allowing Him to show you the kind of love you always deserved.

🙏🏽 Prayer
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for seeing the little girl still living inside me.
The one who longed to be loved, protected, and chosen.
Today, I invite You to step into every wound that shaped me — and rewrite the story with Your love.
Teach me to trust again, to rest again, and to receive again.
Let Your voice become the one that defines me, and Your arms the ones that hold me.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🤎
🗣️ Affirmation
