“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

🌿 Reflection

Sis… some of the deepest pain isn’t loud.

It hides behind “I’m okay.”

It smiles in photos.

It shows up strong for everyone else while quietly aching inside.

But God is not asking you to perform strength —

He’s inviting you into honesty.

You don’t have to explain every wound.

You don’t have to relive every memory.

But you do have to let Him touch the places you pretend don’t hurt.

Because pretending keeps you functioning.

Honesty makes you whole.

There is a younger version of you still waiting to feel safe,

still wanting reassurance,

still longing to be loved without conditions.

And God meets her gently.

Not with judgment.

Not with pressure.

But with patience and peace.

Healing isn’t rushed.

It’s revealed.

Layer by layer.

Tear by tear.

Truth by truth.

🌸 Affirmation

I am safe to feel.

I am safe to heal.

God is making me whole in the places I once hid.

🤎 Prayer

God, meet me in the places I avoid.

Heal the parts of my heart I learned to silence.

Give me courage to be honest with You and gentle with myself.

Restore what hurt, comfort what aches, and make me whole from the inside out.
