🌿 Reflection

Sis… in the times we live in,

peace is not optional.

The world is loud.

People are projecting.

Energy is heavy.

And yet you feel guilty for saying no.

But guarding your heart isn’t rebellion.

It’s obedience.

God never asked you to sacrifice your sanity to keep other people comfortable.

He never told you to stay where your spirit feels unsettled.

He never told you to entertain chaos in the name of love.

Peace is permission.

Permission to pause.

Permission to decline.

Permission to disconnect.

When you stop apologizing for protecting your peace,

you stop abandoning yourself.

And that is growth.

I release guilt attached to growth.

My peace is sacred.

I guard my heart without apology.

🤎 Prayer

God, help me value peace over pressure.

Give me courage to set boundaries without shame and walk away without guilt.

Teach me to guard my heart wisely and trust that choosing peace honors You.
