Sis… slow down.

That pressure you feel?

That “I should be further by now” voice?

That quiet panic when you compare your timeline to someone else’s?

That’s not God.

God does not rush what He is building carefully.

You are not behind.

You are being prepared.

While you’re worried about visibility,

He’s strengthening your foundation.

While you’re stressing about timing,

He’s shaping your character.

While you’re overthinking the future,

He’s stabilizing your present.

Anxiety tries to push you ahead.

Faith teaches you to rest where you are.

The same God who placed the stars in order

is not scrambling over your timeline.

You are appointed — not anxious.

🌼 Affirmation

I trust divine timing over self-imposed deadlines.

What’s meant for me will not miss me.

I release urgency and embrace alignment.

🤎 Prayer

God, quiet the urgency in me that You did not create.

Help me trust Your timing over my pressure.

Teach me to rest in seasons of preparation and believe that what You promised will come at the right time.

Give me peace while I wait and clarity while I grow.
