📖 Scripture
“The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.” — Psalm 103:8
🌿 Reflection
Sis… sometimes the hardest thing to believe
is that God can love the parts of you
that you struggle to love yourself.
The mistakes you replay in your mind.
The memories that still bring shame.
The insecurities you try to hide.
Those are the places where we often feel unworthy.
But God doesn’t look at you through the lens of shame.
He sees you through grace.
He sees the woman you’re becoming,
not just the wounds you carry.
While shame tells you to hide,
God invites you to come closer.
You don’t have to clean yourself up before coming to Him.
You don’t have to pretend you’re stronger than you are.
God’s love meets you in the middle of your healing,
not at the end of it.
The parts of you that feel the most broken
are the parts He wants to restore the most.
🌸 Affirmation
I am not defined by my past or my pain.
God’s love reaches every part of my heart and restores what once felt unlovable.
🤎 Prayer
God, help me release the shame I’ve been carrying.
Teach me to see myself through Your love and grace.
Heal the places in my heart that still feel unworthy, and remind me that I am deeply loved, fully known, and never abandoned by You.
Amen.
