Sis…
being tired isn’t always physical.
Sometimes your soul is tired.
Your mind is tired.
Your nervous system is tired from carrying stress, pressure, and emotional weight for too long.
You’ve been surviving for so long
that rest started feeling unfamiliar.
But God never intended for you to constantly live overwhelmed.
He doesn’t just care about your spiritual health.
He cares about your emotional well-being too.
The anxiety.
The overthinking.
The constant tension in your body.
He sees it all.
And maybe this season isn’t about pushing harder.
Maybe it’s about finally allowing yourself to feel safe enough to rest.
Rest without guilt.
Peace without fear.
Stillness without feeling lazy.
Sis… your nervous system deserves peace too.
🌸 Affirmation
I release survival mode and embrace peace.
God is restoring my mind, body, and spirit.
🤎 Prayer
God, calm every anxious place within me.
Help me release the pressure to constantly carry everything alone.
Teach me to rest without guilt and trust that peace is part of my healing too.
Restore my mind, settle my spirit, and help me feel safe again.
Amen.
